Due to the fact that Dinamalkova products are printed-on-demand items, we will not accept returns. However, do not worry, if there is an issue with your order, we will refund or send you a replacement. Please refer to our Refund & Reshipment Policy, and contact us here, our customer service team is willing to support you.

We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!). Please review production images and information carefully before placing an order.

Generally, orders only can be canceled or modified within 24 hours after being placed, as they are sent into production after that.
